Open edition Giclee print using the unique oriental style of  an original hand-torn newspaper collage artwork of modern Japanese artCat On Pine Tree. Copyright © 2012 by Keiko Suzuki.

This modern Japanese art print would be an eye-catching addition to an Asian style interior, and the playfulness of the piece does not limit anyone in terms of walls to hang it on. It can adorn an entrance, a living room, a bedroom, or a kid’s room...Enjoy!

Description

This piece portrays a gracious scene, that of a Japanese tri-colored cat climbing up a gorgeous pine tree. A green colored newspaper was thinly torn by hand and arranged to show the unique beauty of the pine tree. To add a playful touch, I chose a Japanese newspaper for the cat's body. This work would be a definite conversation piece regarding the various elements used to create it.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industrys standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
